Shipping Policy:

At Stella Kosmeticz, our processing window typically spans 7-10 business days. Upon placing your order, you'll receive an initial confirmation followed by a shipping confirmation once your order is scanned at the post office. Please note that our processing window excludes weekends, holidays, and shipping time.

Return/Exchange Policy:

Regrettably, we do not offer returns or exchanges on our products. However, if your product arrives damaged, kindly reach out to us at info@stellakosmeticz.com within 72 hours of delivery. Please include your order number, a description of the damage, and accompanying pictures for verification. If it's determined that your product is damaged, we'll proceed with a refund or replacement at our discretion. Please note that minor imperfections, such as air spaces upon wand removal or slight color variations, are normal occurrences due to the handmade nature of our products and do not qualify as damage. In some instances, we may issue a gift card to the buyer.

Lost or Damaged Package:

Packages marked as delivered by the carrier are considered received. Unfortunately, we cannot refund or replace lost, stolen, or damaged packages. Should you encounter any issues with delivery, please reach out to the carrier directly. We recommend verifying your shipping address before finalizing your purchase, as incorrect addresses may result in return-to-sender situations. For international orders, please be aware that you may be subject to import taxes upon delivery. Refusal of a package due to these fees or lost overseas packages are not eligible for refunds. Please note that international deliveries may take a month or more to arrive.

Handmade Nature of Items:

Please bear in mind that most of our items are handmade, resulting in slight variations between products. Our lip glosses are filled to the "z" on the wand tube, and upon wand removal, a void may be visible with gloss displaced above the "z," which is normal.  Additionally, gloss tubes are marginally larger than the volume of gloss to accommodate the wand and minor air bubbles. Rest assured, we carefully weigh each gloss before shipping and ensure a minimum of 6 ML per gloss.
